The first things I think about when I hear Enloe Charity Ball are the partnerships we make each year. I think of how we build bridges to help people flourish and grow, and I know we will continue to do so in the future. When running for Student Council last year, I was able to build relationships with those I never thought I’d get to know. I will be forever grateful because I have gained different viewpoints and ideas I could not have come up with on my own, and I have built these relationships since. Throughout this Charity Ball season, I have strengthened my partnerships with my peers as we work together to reach our goal for the year.
Charity Ball has also allowed me to connect with Enloe’s Threads for Hope, as I’ve created a partnership between the two initiatives which have a common goal of giving back to the community. Partnership is really what ECB is all about.
